Job Brief:
We are seeking a Senior Technician who can installs On-street parking equipment and systems, and supervises installation and assembly work done by other Technicians and external vendors. The Technician independently maintains equipment and systems, and conducts the testing of equipment and systems
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, install, commission, monitor, maintain and operate technical parking facilities, equipment and/or processes for the subject(s) and technical areas, ensuring that the technical facilities, equipment, and environment is in safe and good working order, troubleshooting when necessary.
- Maintain and service equipment, complete maintenance, and inventory documentation, and be responsible for reporting all faults and repairs, ordering equipment and replacement spares as necessary within prescribed budget limits.
- Ensures the development and maintenance of technical documentation and maintenance reports.
- Evaluation of machine and prepare system health report and Investigate equipment failures to identify underlying issues
- Conduct testing of equipment and systems.
- Good knowledge in Health and Safety work environment.
- Check that housekeeping of tools is performed in line with set procedures
Requirements and Skills:
- High diploma in Degree in electrical, computer science, electronic technology or information technology, or 5 years equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, interpret/comprehend/follow workplace and technical documentation-equipment manuals, blueprints, diagrams, electrical schematics, operator manuals, work instructions.
- Good PC Skills, including use of e-mail, attaching documents to e-mail required
